Cebu is made for exploring on two wheels. These are the rides we recommend most to our renters, from an easy afternoon to a two-day loop.
| Ride | One way | Riding time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Busay and Transcentral Highway | 40-50 km | 1.5-2 h | views, curves, sunset |
| Moalboal | about 90 km | 2.5-3 h | sardine run, turtles |
| Kawasan Falls, Badian | 120-130 km | 3-4 h | waterfalls, canyoneering |
| Oslob | 120-130 km | 3-4 h | whale sharks (mornings) |
| Mactan Island | 15-25 km | 30-60 min | beaches, island-hopping boats |
| South Cebu loop | about 300 km total | 2 days | all of the above |
Times without long stops; add traffic leaving the city before 9 am and after 4 pm.
Before you go
- Carry your license: checkpoints are common on the national roads (what tourists need).
- Start early and plan to be back before dark (safety tips).
- A Honda Click 125 handles every ride here; for long two-up trips the Ninja 400 is more comfortable.
